Terms and Conditions
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our customers' satisfaction means everything and we want you to feel that you have a personal experience when shopping with us. Should you be unhappy with anything you purchase from us, we offer a 100% refund (less shipping cost) on all goods returned unused and untouched within 14 days of receipt. After this we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Beads that are sold on a strand must be returned strung.
If you have received free shipping but return your entire order, or enough of the order that you would no have received free shipping had you not ordered the returned beads, £2 (or the actual shipping and handling cost, whichever is greater) will be deducted to cover the shipping cost.
SHIPPING
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We aim to ship on the day of your order if the order is received before 12pm. Where this is not possible due to volume of orders, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order and payment.
All UK orders over £40 are shipped free. Orders over £40 are sent by First Class post. Orders over £100 are sent by Recorded Delivery post and orders over £200 are sent by Special Delivery post.
Insurance is optional on all orders and can be added at extra cost to the buyer. E-mail with enquiries in this regard. If insurance is not taken out, we cannot be liable for any items lost in the post. We obtain a proof of posting on all items sent.
International Orders:
European (EU and non-EU) orders up to £50 cost £5 to send, Orders over £50 are sent FREE.
USA Orders: a flat rate shipping charge of £5 applies regardless of the size of the order.
REST OF WORLD: A flat rate shipping charge of £10 applies, regardless of the size of the order.
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY
The buyer is liable for all duty, tax and other import charges as may arise on international purchases.
ABOUT THE BEADS
Please note that semi-precious gemstone beads are natural items and many of our stones have been hand cut. There can therefore be a great deal of variation in size, cut and clarity. We aim to provide the best beads on the market, but buyers should be aware that it is common for a couple of beads on a strand to be unusable for one reason or the other, such as a chip. Measurements are approximate and as accurate as can be, and there can be slight variation from batch to batch. Expect that 15" strands might sometimes be 14" or 16" and 15" is an average.
